Peninsula Garden Midtown Homes, a project of Federal Land (Metrobank Group of companies) is preselling 2-bedroom units (33.6 sq. m. and 35.2 sq. m) at their Maple Tower which is expected to be ready for occupancy in 2014. The development is located at Penafrancia St., Paco, Manila.
The units can be had for as cheap as P8,500 per month for the P2.5M cost.
Peninsula Garden Midtown Homes is an 8-building project that offers a better community for Manila residents. The Molave only has a few units left and will be ready for occupancy December this year. Mahogany still has lots of units and will be ready for occupancy December next year.
Both Molave and Mahogany unit owners will have their own parking spaces in the building while Maple unit owners would have to rent a parking space in an adjacent building. All midrise towers will only reach up to 15th floor.
The 2-bedroom unit at Maple only has one toilet and bath. Perfect for couples just starting out, they may need to invest in modern furniture like a contemporary sofa and double-decker beds to maximize the limited space.
