Zaza of Scraps and Tubes has great freebies, some of which are even for Commercial Use. Most of the freebies are in just tagger size and girly use but they are easily downloaded as she hosts the files herself. Yep, no need for 4shared or Mediafire waiting hassles anymore.
The papers and elements will be great for layouts that aren't so big (say 4R sized). Make sure to leave some love (and if you're feeling generous, a donation) after downloading her awesome digiscrapping freebies!!!
