Momcenter.com.ph is taking a survey of its members to help improve their site. So yes, you may have to register if you're not a member yet. But the survey does not require any other thing apart from that and it generally just asks what people (especially mothers) are interested in so that the site can improve its offerings.
There is a question there about whether or not members would like to be able to shop from their site so I wouldn't be surprised if soon, you can get organic baby products, funky preggy and nursing wear and the occassional custom tote bag or bangle from the site.
Oh and make sure you interact with the other members in the forums and HELP ME DECIDE portions of the site.
