More Milk, Greater Weight Loss

I just read it in a magazine, a Milk ad saying that drinking milk helps in resulting in even more weight loss when you're on a diet. So aside from doing your research on diet pills that work, one should probably also make allowances (literally and figuratively) for more milk in one's diet so that the bones will be protected, and weight loss will be facilitated.

Dieters need and want every help they can get, right?
