Summer is raging and we're all left complaining on how to tolerate the copious amounts of sweat we're generating. But there is one upside to all this heat: weight watchers can swim their excess weight away. Enroll in a swimming class if you still don't know how to swim. Enroll as a family! Make it a weekly family activity if a pool is nearby. You may not be needing diet supplements after all.
One other thing you can do is to 'drown' your fats by doubling your water intake. That will not only help burn more calories but it will ensure you don't run the risk of dehydration.
