A sales job search done via Google may work. But maybe it's better to look at the Classifies section of major message boards like Pinoyexchange.com, Manilatonight.com and Femalenetwork.com because real openings are posted here by real HR people or headhunters.
Other great sites to look into include Sulit and Buy and Sell.
You can also check your Facebook, Twitter, YM and Plurk alerts because people also usually post/shout about it.
