Summer seems to have come early indeed, and with it, all the inconveniences of summer heat. We're all too sweaty and feeling drained to move, which may prove to be an inspiration for some people to quit their jogging routines.
Well, if the heat is just making you feel faint, or making you tired too soon, hit the treadmill instead. I know it's not the same without your running buddies (unless you do it together in a big gym) and the scenery/sights but exercising is all the more important now.
Why?
Because it's bikini season!
