Ingredients:
2 packs crushed graham
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup dark or semi-sweet chocolate
1/2 cup chocolate chips/morsels
1 cup condensed milk
1/2 cup ground walnuts
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup mini marshmallows
for frosting/topping:
1/4 cup milk
1 cup mini marshmallows
chocolate chips (optional)
additional marshmallows, chocolate chips and chopped walnuts (optional)
Pour the crushed grahams in a big bowl. Add the walnuts. Mix.
On a shallow pan, dissolve the chocolate in the half-cup milk in low heat. Pour this on the grahams after. Mix. Add in the condensed milk, chocolate chips and marshmallows. This will be a very heavy/thick batter.
Line a container with foil before putting in the batter. Pack it even so that you can cut it into uniform sizes later.
For frosting, melt marshmallows in milk until it thickens. Adding in some chocolate is optional. When thick, spread it on top of your brownie. Sprinkle the extra mallows, walnuts and choco chips on top then pat them in.
Cool the brownie completely before chilling it for about four hours. Cut into desired sizes later.
* Sweetness will vary depending on the chocolates you use
* You can use about 1 and a half cup of condensed milk instead if you dont want a chocolate brownie
* The ground walnut gives your brownie its 'baked' flavor
* You can spread half of the mix first on your pan, then put either marshmallow frosting or just marshmallows in the middle before topping it off with the rest of the brownie mix
(i'm sorry I forgot to take a picture)
